A broad meeting was held today in Raymah Governorate, chaired by the Governor of the province, Fares Al-Habbari, and included the participation of the local leadership, tribal sheikhs, dignitaries, and community leaders.
The meeting, attended by Shura Council members Mansour Al-Muntasir, Ahmed Maqbal, Ghilan Mahfal, and Ghilan Al-Barrar, as well as the Secretary-General of the local authority Hassan Al-Omari, provincial deputies Mohammed Murad, Hafedh Al-Wahdi, and Fahd Al-Harithi, and Mobilization Officer Mohammed Al-Nahari, discussed the situation in the governorate and the recent developments triggered by extremist elements led by an individual named Saleh Hantous in the Salafiyah District.
The participants reviewed matters related to the continued general mobilization to confront the aggression and its agents and mercenaries, and emphasized the need to strengthen national and social unity. They reaffirmed the importance of maintaining internal cohesion to foil the plots of the aggression forces aiming to fragment the social fabric.
Governor Al-Habbari praised the positive engagement of local, executive, and community leaders in supporting security forces to preserve stability in the province, and for bolstering mobilization efforts against the aggression and its mercenaries.
He stressed the importance of everyone bearing responsibility amid the challenges facing Yemen and the region, which require a broad and serious mobilization to strengthen the spirit of resistance and confront any actions that threaten security and public order.
The governor called on all citizens to cooperate with security agencies and report any suspicious individuals attempting to divide national ranks and undermine internal unity in service of the enemy’s agenda.
He emphasized that the current stage demands unity, cohesion, and intensified mobilization to ensure the success of the sixth phase of the open-ended training sessions under the campaign “Flood of Al-Aqsa” and the general mobilization in support of Gaza and in opposition to the American and Israeli aggression.
A statement issued by the participants, including local leaders and tribal sheikhs, strongly condemned the subversive actions carried out by Saleh Hantous, accusing him of collaborating with hostile countries, forming an armed gang to implement foreign agendas, and inciting against the state and security forces.
The statement denounced Hantous’ crimes, including the killing of and attacks on security forces in the province, affirming that the security and stability of the province and the nation are national constants and red lines that must not be crossed, regardless of the challenges.
The sheikhs and dignitaries of Raymah reaffirmed their rejection of any unlawful acts or internal disturbances that threaten public security. They declared their unified support for security forces in confronting anyone who seeks to undermine stability.
The statement emphasized the necessity of taking all necessary measures against those who aim to weaken internal unity, expressing the full support of all residents of the province for the strategic decisions made by the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council in the battle of the “Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad,” in support of Gaza and the Palestinian resistance.
The final declaration reiterated the continued state of alert and general mobilization to confront the aggression until victory is achieved.
