Russian authorities arrested a woman in St. Petersburg on Thursday who was preparing to carry out a terrorist attack on behalf of Kyiv's intelligence service against an employee of a defense institution. She was arrested while planting an explosive device under his car.
RT quoted the Russian Federal Security Service as saying in a statement: "The Federal Security Service was able to stop the activities of a Russian citizen born in 2002, who was involved in preparing a terrorist attack on behalf of the Ukrainian security services. She was arrested while attempting to place an explosive device under the targeted person's car."
