Israeli occupation forces assaulted a Palestinian citizen in the city of Jenin at dawn on Sunday, resulting in bruises.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), the Red Crescent Society stated that its crews transported a 43-year-old man to the hospital after he was assaulted by Israeli soldiers near the bypass road connecting Zababdeh and the Jalameh crossing.
Yesterday, Israeli occupation forces blew up a house in Jenin refugee camp, which has witnessed almost daily home demolitions and destruction since the announcement of a plan to demolish approximately 95 homes there on June 9.
The Israeli aggression on Jenin city and refugee camp has entered its 160th day, leaving 40 martyrs, dozens detained, and widespread destruction of property and infrastructure.
In the same context, Israeli occupation forces stormed Balata and Askar refugee camps east of Nablus at dawn on Sunday.
Security sources reported that several military jeeps and a bulldozer stormed Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus, and began vandalizing the Martyrs' Monument and the entrance to the Fatah headquarters inside the camp.
The same sources added that Israeli jeeps stormed the old Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus, resulting in clashes. No arrests or injuries were reported.
