Channel 12 correspondent Almog Boker said that one of the Iranian missiles in the recent strike was equipped with a fragmentation warhead containing 26 small sub-rockets.

He added that the missile exploded at a specific altitude, and its sub-payload was released within a wide impact radius, causing extensive damage hundreds of meters away.

This type of warhead is intended to disperse interception systems and increase the extent of material and human casualties, reflecting a tactical shift in the composition of the recent Iranian strikes.
