A Palestinian citizen and his child were martyred on Friday in an airstrike carried out by Israeli enemy aircraft on a house in Gaza City, raising the number of Palestinian martyrs in the Strip since dawn to 48, according to medical sources.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that citizen Abdul Majeed Al-Sharafi and his young son, Basem, were martyred in an Israeli airstrike targeting their house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
In central Gaza, two citizens were martyred and others were injured when Israeli warplanes bombed a house belonging to Al-Adini family near Al-Mazra’a Street, south of Deir al-Balah.
In southern Gaza, five citizens were martyred and others were wounded by Israeli enemy fire while waiting near an aid distribution point northwest of Rafah.
Earlier in the morning and at dawn, 35 citizens were martyred and others injured in two new massacres committed by the Israeli enemy against aid seekers in the Gaza Strip.
WAFA reported that Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat camp confirmed receiving the bodies of 23 martyrs, along with dozens of wounded, after the Israeli forces targeted civilians waiting for aid near the "Martyrs' Junction" north of the camp in central Gaza.
Medical sources from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that 12 citizens were martyred and others injured when Israeli forces bombed the house of the Al-Ayesh family in Al-Masdar area, west of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. The victims were transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city.
