Ibb University organized a cultural seminar today titled “The Day of Guardianship: A Great Religious Occasion that Shielded the Ummah from Deviation and Loss.”
The seminar was attended by the President of Ibb University, Dr. Nasr Al-Hujailee, and moderated by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Al-Falahi.
Dr. Fouad Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, presented a paper entitled “The State of the Islamic Nation Had It Embraced the Leadership of Imam Ali, Peace Be Upon Him.”
The second paper, presented by Dr. Mohammed Zaid, was titled “Ghadir Khumm: A Declaration to the People on the Leadership of Imam Ali, Peace Be Upon Him.”
Additionally, the General Administration for Student Activities and Youth Welfare presented a visual segment emphasizing the importance of the Day of Guardianship and the need to follow the example of the leaders of the Ummah.
The seminar concluded with a set of recommendations stressing the significance of the concept of Wilayah (Guardianship) in protecting the Islamic Ummah from deviation—particularly in light of the fierce attacks led by global arrogant powers seeking to dominate the sanctities and resources of the Arab and Islamic nations.
The recommendations also reaffirmed support for the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, whose courageous and faithful stances embody the values and legacy of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, inspired by the path of the prophet
