The Al-Sab'een Maternity and Childhood Hospital in the capital organized an event to commemorate the Day of Guardianship under the slogan: "Whoever I am his guardian, then this Ali is his guardian."
During the event, Minister of Health and Environment Dr. Ali Shaiban emphasized the importance of the occasion in consolidating the principle of guardianship over God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali (peace be upon him), and the necessity of emulating him in facing challenges.
For his part, the head of the Shafi'i Council, Allama Radwan Al-Muhaya, highlighted the status and virtues of Imam Ali, considering Eid al-Ghadir a milestone for strengthening the values of unity and adherence to divine leadership.
The hospital's director, Dr. Majida Al-Khatib, also spoke about the importance of the occasion in awakening the nation's awareness and adherence to the approach of guardianship.
The event, which was attended by medical and administrative cadres and leaders, included cultural, religious, and poetic segments that embodied the spiritual and traditional character of the occasion.
