Gaza – Saba:
Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades, affiliated with the Palestinian Fatah movement, announced on Tuesday that their fighters carried out a complex operation targeting a Zionist force east of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the brigades stated: “After returning from the frontlines, our fighters confirmed the execution of a coordinated operation targeting a Zionist force that was attempting to fortify itself inside a house in the vicinity of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis.”
The statement added: “Our fighters detonated the house using several pre-planted high-explosive devices, leaving enemy soldiers dead and wounded. As rescue and reinforcement forces arrived at the scene, our fighters targeted them with a barrage of 60mm standard mortar shells.”
The brigades further noted: “The Zionist army had announced the killing of a deputy company commander in the ‘Tal Moshefich’ Engineering Battalion on June 16.”
Since October 7, 2023, Palestinian resistance factions have continued their heroic operations against the Zionist enemy as part of the ongoing “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle.
