Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Samir Baajalah, emphasized the importance of promoting job discipline to improve performance and ensuring that the ministry and its affiliated units carry out their duties in serving societal issues and contributing to development.
During his inspection visit on Sunday, following the Eid holiday, Minister Baajalah praised the level of discipline among the ministry’s leadership, staff, and affiliated units, including the National Productive Families Program. He commended their steadfastness and dedication to maintaining professional discipline.
He stressed the need to redouble efforts to accomplish tasks, fulfill responsibilities, and engage responsibly with all relevant organizations involved in humanitarian, relief, and labor rights issues. This aligns with the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership to overcome challenges and advance the nation.
The Minister of Social Affairs also highlighted the measures taken to meet the needs of the ministry’s employees and affiliated units, particularly in training and qualification, and their impact on caring for the homeless, beggars, and displaced persons.
He noted that work continues at all levels in social protection, economic empowerment, care, rehabilitation of the disabled , displaced, performance improvement, and providing assistance to vulnerable groups while extending kindness to people.
Minister Baajalah stated that the Social Affairs and Labor strategy relies on a set of integrated goals, clear policies, and practical measures.
Meanwhile, several attendees expressed appreciation for the ministry’s leadership in improving work performance and aiding those in need.
