Three Palestinian citizens were martyred and others wounded on Monday in an Israeli shelling of al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

The Palestinian Wafa News Agency quoted Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics as saying that three martyrs and several wounded were transferred to the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City after Israeli enemy forces targeted a group of Palestinian citizens near Dawla junction in al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.

The Israeli enemy has continued its aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 54,880 Palestinian citizens, most of them children and women, and the injury of 126,227 others.
