Gaza – Saba:
The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip has condemned in the strongest terms the repeated brutal massacres at US aid centers, the latest of which was the massacre committed by Israeli enemy forces today at a center in Rafah Governorate.
In a statement, the office held the Israeli enemy and the US administration fully responsible for the crime of using food as a tool for mass murder, under the false cover of what they call "humanitarian aid."
The office stated: "In a new crime committed by the Israeli enemy forces on the first day of Eid al-Adha, today, Friday, eight starving civilians were killed and 61 others were wounded by bullets fired by the occupation forces and an American security company near one of the "American-Israeli" aid distribution centers in Rafah Governorate. This brings the total death toll at these centers to date to 110 martyrs, 583 wounded, and nine missing, since they began operating on May 27, 2025."
The office considered that "these suspicious 'centers,' which are established in open and exposed red zones and are under the control of the enemy army and the American security company, have turned into mass death traps into which starving crowds are lured, and then the occupation forces and the American security company deliberately open fire on them. This constitutes a full-fledged crime under international humanitarian law, specifically the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide."
It called on the United Nations, the Security Council, and all international organizations to take a decisive and immediate stance to halt these crimes, open official crossings to allow aid deliveries through neutral UN agencies, and halt this criminal model being openly practiced by the occupation and the American security company.
The Office called for the formation of an independent international investigation committee to document these crimes and bring their perpetrators to international justice, holding the international community responsible for the suspicious silence that encourages further bloodshed.
The Office reiterated "our complete rejection of the so-called buffer zones or humanitarian corridors established by the occupation, and we warn against them being tools for gathering civilians in exposed killing points."
It concluded his statement by saying: "On Eid, which is supposed to be a symbol of peace and mercy, the Israeli enemy and the Americans are starving civilians to death in the Gaza Strip, while the world watches in shameful silence. This systematic, criminal occupation behavior is a stain on humanity and will not negate our people's right to life, freedom, and dignity."
