Zaporozhye Oblast Governor Yevgeny Balitsky announced early Tuesday morning that power was cut across the entire region as a result of Ukrainian shelling targeting equipment at high-voltage stations in the northwestern part of the region.
Sputnik quoted Balitsky as saying via his Telegram channel: "As a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, high-voltage equipment in the northwestern part of Zaporozhye Oblast was damaged, resulting in a power outage across the region."
