The Executive Committee of the Summer Courses in Al-Tahrir District of the Capital Secretariat organized the closing ceremony for the activities of the summer courses in the district for the year 1446 AH.
The event was attended by the Director of the District, Naji Al-Shaiani, the Initiatives Officer in the Secretariat, Rashid Mufaddal, the Deputy Director of the Youth and Sports Office in the Secretariat, Zaid Jahaf, as well as local and executive leaders. Students from the summer courses presented artistic and athletic performances, carrying the Holy Quran and the Yemeni and Palestinian flags.
The students chanted slogans disavowing the enemies of Allah, His Messenger, and Islam, as well as expressions of solidarity with their brethren in Gaza and Palestine. They reaffirmed the steadfast and principled stance of the Yemeni people in supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause, as well as the Islamic holy sites.
In his closing remarks, the Director of the District, Al-Shaiani, highlighted the successes achieved by the summer courses in preparing youth spiritually, physically, and culturally. He emphasized their role in building a generation equipped with knowledge, awareness, and science to confront the schemes and conspiracies of the nation’s enemies.
For his part, the Mobilization Officer in the District, Engineer Abdul Latif Al-Wali, praised the efforts of the summer courses’ organizers and teachers in educating male and female students with knowledge , skills beneficial to their academic and practical lives.
