A number of Palestinian civilians were martyred and others, mostly women and children, were injured on Monday afternoon due to the ongoing Zionist enemy bombardment across various areas of the Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinian News Agency "WAFA,"16 Palestinians were martyred and others were injured when the enemy bombed Al-Barsh family house on Old Gaza Street in Jabalia Al-Balad, north of the Strip.
Five citizens were martyred and others were wounded in the enemy’s bombing of a house belonging to the "Al-Samouni" family in the Musab bin Umair area, east of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, with people still missing under the rubble.
Additionally, a citizen was martyred in a drone strike by the Israeli enemy forces in Al-Sikka area in central Khan Younis, south of Gaza, while another was shot dead by enemy forces near an aid distribution center west of Rafah city in the southern Strip.
Two citizens were martyred and others injured when the enemy bombed the upper floor of a school sheltering displaced people in Deir al-Balah.
With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has been committing genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 54,470 Palestinian citizens—most of them children and women—and the injury of 124,693 others, as of today. These numbers are not final, as thousands of victims remain under the rubble or in the streets, unreachable by rescue and medical teams.
