The Israeli army acknowledged on Friday that three Golani Brigade soldiers were wounded by RPG fire during military operations in Gaza.
An Israeli military statement said the incident occurred Thursday during Golani operations in Gaza without specifying the exact location.
The announcement came hours after Islamic Jihad's Al-Quds Brigades reported targeting an Israeli force with a TPG missile in Khan Younis causing casualties.
Official data indicates 858 Israeli soldiers killed since the war began including 416 in ground battles in Gaza.
Additionally 5911 Israeli soldiers were wounded including 2683 in ground combat.
The Israeli army faces accusations of hiding actual losses especially with increasing precision operations by Palestinian resistance.
The Israeli aggression on Gaza has resulted in over 54321 martyrs mostly women and children and more than 123770 wounded to date.
