Ramallah - Saba:
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission stated that the terrorism of settler militias, sponsored by the official Israeli enemy establishment, has resulted in the displacement of more than 30 Bedouin communities, comprising 323 families, from their homes to other locations.
The most recent was the Maghayer al-Deir community, located between the villages of Deir Dibwan and Mikhmas, east of Ramallah. This community consists of 25 families comprising 124 people. Individually.
The head of the Commission, Mu'ayyad Shaaban, added in a press statement on Thursday that the long-standing escalation of settler terrorism, particularly the construction of buildings within the Maghar al-Deir community, and the subsequent terrorizing and intimidation of the community's residents, prompted citizens to leave the community this morning. This is the latest in a series of horrific crimes committed by the Israeli enemy under the guise of genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
He added that the term "forced displacement of Bedouin communities" still carries a dangerous connotation, given the methodology adopted by the Israeli enemy to impose a coercive, repulsive environment on these communities, represented by attacks and threats, in addition to deprivation of grazing land, water sources, and services.
He explained that since the beginning of 2025, settlers have carried out approximately 1,200 attacks, adding that 38% of these attacks targeted Bedouin communities located in the eastern foothills and the Jordan Valley, with the direct intent to target these communities and force them to leave, in a grave and serious violation of the most basic rules of international law.
Shaaban called on the Palestinian people everywhere not to tolerate the audacity and terror of settler militias, and to pursue these attacks through popular and legal means, with the aim of ensuring legal prosecution before official national authorities or international organizations.
He reiterated his call on all Palestinian institutions, factions, unions, and national labor forces to fulfill their supreme national responsibility and take practical and direct measures to stand with the Palestinian people in these gatherings, especially in the Jordan Valley and Masafer Yatta, by joining and activating night protection committees and maintaining a continuous public presence. He added that any delay in this responsible national action would advance plans to displace and expel citizens and allow settlers to impose facts on the ground.
