Sana’a – SABA:
Students enrolled in the summer courses in Al-Sabeen District, Capital Sanaa, held a cultural evening under the slogan “Knowledge and Jihad”, as part of ongoing summer events and activities.
The evening was attended by Shura Council member Hadi Al-Razami, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Ali Hadhban, and Al-Sabeen District Secretary Mohammed Al-Sadiq. The speakers highlighted the importance of summer programs in building a rising generation rooted in Qur’anic principles and proper faith-based education.
They stressed the collective responsibility to protect youth from the dangers of soft warfare and destructive ideologies, by equipping them with knowledge, awareness, and the ability to confront the enemies’ conspiracies targeting the nation.
The event, also attended by the Director of the Orphan Care Home Ahmed Al-Khazan, along with educational leaders, executive officials, local dignitaries, and parents, featured a variety of speeches, poetry, cultural presentations, and anthems that reflected the creativity and skills students gained through the summer programs.
In a related event, summer course students in Al-Wahda District held a central cultural evening, also under the slogan “Knowledge and Jihad”.
The event was attended by the local education director Mulaṭif Al-Muṭari, head of activities department Abdul Jalil Qassem, summer course coordinator Hamdi Al-Yemeni, summer school principals, local leaders, and educators.
The evening included several speeches and creative segments emphasizing the value of summer courses in expanding students’ intellect, enhancing their knowledge, refining their talents, and reinforcing their religious and national identity.
Students from Al-Wahda showcased their talents through chants, poetry, theatrical performances, and creative displays, highlighting the benefits and skills they developed during the summer course activities.
