Sanaa - Saba:
A three-day training course on occupational health and safety for sanitation workers concluded today in the Capital Sanaa, organized by the Cleaning and Improvement Fund in cooperation with Al-Razi University.
The training targeted 160 workers and supervisors, aiming to equip them with knowledge about workplace safety principles, occupational hazards, and preventive measures to protect their health.
At the closing event, the Fund’s Executive Director, Mohammed Sharafuddin, emphasized that the program reflects the partnership between the university, the Capital Secretariat, and the Fund in promoting community service and environmental awareness among sanitation workers.
He urged participants to apply the knowledge in their daily work and to spread awareness of occupational health and safety among their colleagues to protect themselves from diseases and epidemics.
The ceremony, attended by project and maintenance managers as well as university officials, concluded with the distribution of participation certificates to the trainees.
