The Saraya al-Quds, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement – Jenin Battalion, announced that it detonated a ground explosive device of the “Sijjil” type targeting a Zionist enemy military vehicle near the separation barrier in the Al-Yamun plain, in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the Brigades indicated that their fighters targeted an on-foot Zionist force at 12:14 a.m. with a pre-prepared explosive device.
At 10:30 p.m. the previous evening, the Brigades detonated another explosive device along the path of military vehicles that had raided the town of Silat al-Harithiya, according to the statement, which also added that the fighters engaged in an exchange of fire with the soldiers.
