Sana'a - Saba:
The Ministry of Electricity, Energy and Water and its affiliated institutions condemned on Tuesday the Israeli-American aggression's targeting of Dhahban and Hezyaz central power stations, Asr control center, and the electricity transformers in Alman and Kullat Jadr areas in Bani al-Harith district of the capital Sana'a.
In a statement, the Ministry of Electricity condemned the continued US-Zionist aggression's targeting of service facilities and civilian objects, including electricity facilities, with the aim of exacerbating the suffering of citizens.
The Ministry explained that the barbaric aggression caused extensive damage to the two stations, fuel tanks, transformers, and the electricity grid.
The Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and Water held the Zionist-American enemy responsible for the aggression against vital service facilities, including power stations, considering it a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian norms, charters, and laws.
It condemned the international and UN silence regarding the continued US-Zionist-British aggression against civilian objects, calling on the United Nations and international and humanitarian organizations to fulfill their duty and assume their responsibilities in stopping the crimes committed by America and Israel in Yemen and Palestine.
The statement emphasized that the Zionist and American attacks will not deter the Yemeni people from their firm and principled position in support of the Palestinian people and cause, and in support of Gaza until the Zionist aggression is halted and the siege on the Gaza Strip is lifted.
