Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Samir Baja'alah on Sunday discussed the mechanism for merging branches of the former Humanitarian Affairs Council with Social Affairs Offices in the Capital Sana'a and provinces.
The meeting addressed challenges in implementing humanitarian aid, displacement relief, and community development programs under the Ministry of Social Affairs, following a Republican Decree and Prime Minister's directives.
Minister Baja'alah stressed the importance of enhanced cooperation and leveraging expertise to serve the community and respond to emergencies, aligning with the directives of the Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council.
He highlighted the Ministry's recent successes in providing aid, engaging with international organizations, and expanding its reach.
The Minister also affirmed the Ministry's capability to address challenges in assisting those affected by the "American-Zionist aggression" and to support Yemen's victories, citing the recent military operation targeting Ben Gurion Airport.
