Hundreds of people demonstrated in the Swedish capital, Stockholm, on Saturday to protest the famine in the Gaza Strip caused by the Israeli attacks and the tightened blockade that has lasted for 19 months.
According to the Palestinian WAFA News Agency, the demonstrators gathered in the Odenplan area of Stockholm, demanding that Israel be held accountable for the genocide it is committing in Gaza and for the immediate delivery of humanitarian aid.
The demonstrators held up signs reading: "Children in Gaza are dying," "Schools and hospitals are being bombed," and "End the food shortage," and chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian people.
