Sana'a - Saba:

Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms on Friday issued a report titled "Tripartite Aggression on Yemen in the Time of the Flood."

The report highlights the crimes of the US-British-Israeli aggression against Yemen during the period from January 2024 to January 2025.

It documented more than 1,000 airstrikes and naval bombardments launched by US, British, and Israeli forces on civilian areas using prohibited weapons, resulting in the deaths of 116 civilians and the injury of 366 others, most of whom were women and children.

According to the report, the bombing systematically targeted civilian facilities such as Sana'a International Airport, power stations (Hezyaz and Dhahban), the port of Hodeida, and civilian homes. This resulted in the displacement of hundreds of families and the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Yemen.

The report held the coalition countries legally and criminally responsible for these violations, which constitute serious war crimes under international humanitarian law.

The Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms called for an international investigation, accountability for those responsible for these crimes, compensation for victims, reconstruction of destroyed infrastructure, and pressure on the United Nations to impose sanctions on the aggressor states and ensure unhindered access to humanitarian aid.

The report affirmed the legitimacy of Yemen's position in supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza and rejecting the blockade. It called for respect for Yemeni sovereignty and an end to attacks on Yemeni territory.

At the event, Ali Tayseer, head of the Human Rights Sector at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, praised Insan Organization's efforts in preparing the report, which reveals the truth to public opinion and exposes the historically rooted American-British-Zionist criminality.

He emphasized that the aggression against Yemen comes within the framework of American support for the Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people and an attempt to dissuade Yemen's humanitarian, religious, and moral stance in supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza, who are being subjected to a crime of genocide before the eyes of the world.

Tayseer pointed out that the tripartite aggression is an extension of the aggression on Yemen since 2015, confirming that America is primarily responsible for the crimes and violations against the Yemeni people.

In their recorded interventions, Australian activist Tim Anderson and British activist Stephen Bell expressed their solidarity with the Yemeni people, who are being subjected to deadly and unjustified attacks that constitute a flagrant violation of international and humanitarian law and all international conventions and agreements.

They considered the Yemeni position in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza to embody the humanitarian spirit of international law, while the American-British aggression on Yemen has many objectives, most notably the destruction of the Yemeni economic infrastructure and continued support for Israel in its crimes against the Palestinians.

Amal al-Makhdi, Vice Chairman of Insan Organization, presented an overview of the report and the steps taken in the monitoring, documentation, and preparation process.

She explained that the tripartite aggression on Yemen, which began in January 2024 under the pretext of protecting international navigation, aimed to support the Zionist entity in its aggression against Gaza and suppress the Yemeni position in support of Palestine after the international community, especially the Security Council, ignored Israeli crimes.

She affirmed that the organization has been monitoring and documenting the crimes and violations committed by the tripartite aggression against Yemen since mid-March 2025, indicating that a comprehensive report on this matter will be issued in the coming period.
