Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
In today's speech, we address the following points:
- The latest developments in the brutal and savage Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip.
- The American aggression targeting Yemen in support of the Israeli enemy, such aggression that forms part of the ongoing battle between us and the Israeli enemy, as our dear people and homeland—Yemen—stand by the Palestinian people against the Israeli onslaught.
- We will also reflect on the anniversary of raising the slogan in the face of the arrogant.
We begin with Gaza:
This week alone, around 1,300 Palestinians have been killed or injured, the majority of them women and children. Since the Israeli enemy resumed its aggression and campaign of mass extermination against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the total number of casualties has risen to over 2,300 martyrs and nearly 6,000 injured. Among those martyred this week were nineteen people who were killed last Friday when the criminal Israeli enemy targeted two homes in the eastern part of Khan Younis.
The Israeli enemy's warplanes also carried out direct strikes on tents sheltering displaced people in the southern area of Al-Mawasi in Khan Younis, as well as in other parts of the Gaza Strip. Israeli enemy drones dropped bombs on Palestinian civilians while they were collecting firewood east of Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. In addition, the Israeli army—or rather, the criminal gangs it refers to as an army—blew up residential buildings in the northwestern part of Rafah City.
Since the beginning of its aggression on Gaza, the Israeli enemy has wiped out more than seven thousand Palestinian families, killing fathers, mothers, and all members of each family. This alone shows the horrific scale of the aggression, which truly amounts to genocide. They have committed mass murder against more than eighteen thousand Palestinian children—an unspeakable crime, especially within such a small geographical area. What has become of children's rights? What has become of human rights? They have also killed over twelve thousand four hundred women. In fact, two-thirds of all those martyred in Gaza have been children, women, and the elderly.
In its ongoing efforts to dismantle the healthcare system in Gaza, the Israeli enemy has killed over 1,400 doctors and healthcare workers. In addition, through its repeated attacks on civil defence teams, it has killed more than 100 civil defence personnel, along with hundreds of humanitarian aid workers.
As for the siege and starvation, the Israeli enemy has, for a full two months now, completely blocked the entry of even a single loaf of bread, a tin of milk, or any form of humanitarian aid into Gaza. The spectre of famine now looms over more than two million Palestinians, who face the threat of death by starvation in full view of the global community, including over two billion Muslims, without any serious action being taken to bring food and essential supplies into the Gaza Strip. The Israeli enemy is using starvation as a deadly weapon. The harrowing, painful, and heartbreaking scenes of Palestinian children in Gaza suffering the most severe forms of hunger are being broadcast by satellite channels. These are deeply distressing scenes, showing children whose skin clings to their bones from extreme malnutrition. There are also heartbreaking scenes of children and women gathering around the tiniest remnants of food—whatever little is left—distributed in scarce, limited quantities.
These are very painful scenes of immense suffering—scenes that ought to awaken this Ummah's sense of moral and religious duty. Such scenes also expose the international community, humanitarian organisations, and humanity at large. To simply watch such a situation unfold is something that contradicts the very essence of every human value and every natural and religious principle. It is a horrifying reality.
The Israeli enemy continues to carry out all forms of violations and assaults in the West Bank—ranging from abductions, destruction, and bulldozing, to outright killings and more.
In Al-Quds, the Israeli enemy continues to violate the sanctity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. There are ongoing incursions of the mosque, this is not to mention what the Zionist Jews do when they enter its courtyards, including desecrating it with dancing, singing, chants, and hostile slogans. Furthermore, the Israeli enemy has announced a new step regarding the Al-Aqsa Mosque: the Buraq Wall elevator project. This project is part of their ongoing efforts to Judaise Al-Quds and represents a dangerous step. In fact, the Israeli enemy is following a path of gradual escalation in its attempts to Judaise the city of Al-Quds and to establish full control over the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
In the face of all that, our fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip have shown tremendous steadfastness. Over the past week, the Al Qassam Brigades carried out a series of significant military operations, killing about five Israeli soldiers and causing the injury of many others, including senior commanders, among them was a brigade commander, in an operation east of Beit Hanoun. These operations came as a major tactical surprise for the enemy's gangs, which it refers to as 'an army', and dealt a significant blow to the strategy of its criminal chief of staff, whose goal is to minimise losses among his forces as much as possible. They represent a major blow to his strategy, as these operations occurred along the front lines, with some even taking place on the Gaza border itself. This implies that, should the enemy's army advance further into the heart of cities and populated areas, its losses would increase dramatically. For this reason, the enemy remains hesitant and fearful of taking such a step. This is a direct result of the remarkable steadfastness of our fellow mujahidin in Gaza, especially the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades, which executed a number of important operations, along with other resistance factions that remain firm and resilient in Gaza Strip.
Regarding Lebanon, the Israeli enemy continues its acts of aggression in all forms, including killings, destruction, and land bulldozing. What stood out this week, however, is the establishment of new military positions, which represents a serious and blatant violation of agreements and constitutes a major act of aggression in itself—an occupation in every sense of the word.
The Lebanese government's weak stance in confronting the Israeli enemy and pressing it to comply with agreements clearly highlights one undeniable truth: What represents a true guarantee and source of strength for Lebanon is to rally around its steadfast, resilient, and courageous resistance, one with a truly remarkable history of deterring the Israeli enemy. Even today, it remains the only genuine force of deterrence; otherwise, the enemy would have taken completely different steps from those it is currently undertaking, despite how grave its actions already are. Were it not for Hezbollah, were it not for the resistance in Lebanon, the Israeli enemy would have dared to invade Lebanon and take full control of it, among other things.
We express our regards to our dear brothers in Hezbollah and the resistance in Lebanon and to the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, whose speech was powerful in position and argument, as well as in clarification and explanation. And we affirm that we stand shoulder to shoulder with them, supporting them against any comprehensive, aggressive escalation that the Israeli enemy might undertake.
In Syria, the Israeli enemy persists in every form of violation, including incursions, humiliating detentions (accompanied by beatings and torture), the establishment of new positions and roadblocks, and the seizure of agricultural land to convert into helicopter landing pads or military posts. It targets even the herders of livestock.
Regarding Egypt, the infidel criminal Trump announced a move that targets Egypt, as he announced that the Americans will freely use the Suez Canal—meaning, they can pass through it without any due payments. This amounts to a violation of the sovereignty of the Suez Canal—the Egyptian waterway built by Egyptians through their toil and sacrifice, as many Egyptians died or were injured during the immense labour of such a giant project. Egypt's sovereignty over the Canal is evident and internationally recognised—there is no doubt about that. Yet through this move, America sends a clear signal that may be followed by further moves involving the Israeli enemy. Thus, one move follows another in this comprehensive targeting of our Ummah. No one is exempt: American and Israeli ambitions spare no one.
As for the anniversary of the Cry against the arrogant, it marked the practical beginning of the blessed Quranic Project. It first took place on 17 January 2001,which matched similar days to these days of Dhu Al-Qadah.
The Cry is the well-known slogan of disavowal from the enemies of Islam and Muslims, the enemies of all humanity, the enemies of Allah, and the enemies of the Ummah and all its peoples. It is also a significant stance, which is important from various perspectives, some of which we will highlight. It is the slogan:
Allah is Greater
Death to America
Death to Israel
Curse upon the Jews
Victory to Islam
The martyr of the Quran, Al-Sayyid Hussein Badruddin Al-Houthi (May Allah be pleased with him), began his practical movement to confront the American and Israeli assault against our Islamic Ummah by announcing this slogan in his valuable lecture, 'The Cry against the Arrogant!' This assault has come to a dangerous new phase of the Zionist Jewish plan with the onset of the third millennium. Indeed, since the beginning of the third millennium, the Zionist Jews have moved into a new phase of executing their destructive, aggressive Zionist scheme against our Islamic Ummah. This scheme aims for complete control over our Islamic Ummah, as this is the ultimate goal of the Zionist Jewish agenda. It also aims to distort its Islamic identity, which is an essential part of this scheme, along with the occupation of its lands, the plundering of its resources, and the subjugation of its peoples.
The American, Israeli, and Western assault was not merely a reaction to the events of 11 September, which were orchestrated by Zionism to provide justification for the assault and secure cover for it under the banner of 'combating terrorism', which was known as the grand deception. Rather, it marked the beginning of an advanced phase of the Zionist project—an extremely dangerous phase for our Ummah. In fact, this project has been progressing in phases since the beginning of the Jewish Zionist movement to this day. This is one of those phases, but it is a particularly critical one.
Therefore, the aggression and targeting committed by America and Israel against our Islamic Ummah, in Arab countries and elsewhere, whether through hard warfare or soft warfare, are not merely reactions or transient incidents, considering the deceptive labels and slogans presented as cover to deceive this Ummah. In fact, these are misleading pretexts, as the matter has a greater objective. It is part of a comprehensive targeting and a continuous assault ultimately aimed at fully executing the destructive Zionist Jewish project against our Islamic Ummah; this project is carried out in phases, with each phase paving the way for the next. Indeed, this is carried out—as we mentioned—through two parallel lines and directions: a hard military assault that is destructive and lethal and a deceptive, corrupting soft war that is also a means of control, of containing reactions, and of restricting the Ummah from any conscious counter-movement.
The enemies (the Zionist Jews) and their arms in the octopus of evil (represented by America, Israel, Britain, and other Western powers aligned with Zionism) recognise the strength, the moral and material resources, and the great elements that our Islamic Ummah has. These elements qualify it to protect itself and stand resilient in facing its enemies and all conspiracies targeting it. Moreover, these capabilities not only enable it to shield itself from their evil, crimes, dangers, greed, tyranny, and oppression, but also empower it to perform its role within the responsibility of its sacred mission: to be the nation that carries the legacy of the prophets and messengers (the divine message) and to act upon the Holy Quran as a good nation that spreads goodness in this world and confront the evil and crimes of these enemies—a nation that enjoins what is right and that forbids what is wrong and stands in the face of the corruption, misguidance, and wickedness of these enemies.
Along with their allies and those who support them, they—as Jews—are actively engaged in spreading corruption and misguidance in the entire world. They aim to dominate peoples, enslave them, exploit them, plunder their resources, and oppress them. In response to this, the responsibility of our Islamic Ummah—entrusted with a global message—is to assume a global role in promoting righteousness, striving to establish justice, protecting the oppressed, and upholding the principles of truth across the world. This must be carried out in accordance with the guidance of Allah and His magnificent path (the Holy Quran) and by emulating the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad, and the righteous and virtuous people among this Ummah: those who have followed in the Messenger's footsteps, embodying this divine responsibility. Allah (Glory be to Him) has clarified this responsibility in the Holy Quran as He says, {'You are the best nation ever raised for mankind: You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah'}[Ali 'Imran 3:110]. It is also our Ummah's responsibility to benefit from the material resources, such as its geography, location, wealth, and diverse capabilities to receive victory from Allah (Glory be to Him), Who has promised to grant victory and empowerment to this Ummah if it fulfils this responsibility. Allah has promised that in many verses of the Holy Quran, including in confrontation with these very enemies, who embody the forces of evil, criminality, and tyranny and are extensions of Satan himself. They are the allies of Satan: They carry out his agenda of misguidance, corruption, and injustice.
Allah (the Almighty) gives a promise to this Ummah if it fulfils this responsibility and takes this role, saying in the Holy Quran, {'They can never inflict harm on you, except a little annoyance. But if they meet you in battle, they will flee and they will have no helpers. They have been stricken with humiliation wherever they are caught'}—everywhere and at all times—{'except through a rope from Allah and a rope from the people. And they have incurred wrath from Allah and have been stricken with destituteness'}[Ali 'Imran 3:111-112].Allah clarifies in this blessed verse that humiliation and destituteness have been imposed upon them everywhere and at every time. Therefore, they solely rely either on divine dominance (in response to the flaws within the reality of the Ummah) or on people's support, which includes the role played by the West in this regard, as well as by the people in the Islamic world. {'That was because they disbelieved in the signs of Allah and unjustly killed the prophets. This is [a fair reward] for their disobedience and violations'}[Ali 'Imran 3:112].
Therefore, the assault by the enemies on our Islamic Ummah is not merely a military campaign, but an attack targeting its role, its mission, and its identity. It is also an assault seeking to seize its wealth and strategic location, driven by immense and insatiable greed. The American-Israeli appetite is wide open, marked by overwhelming avarice for the lands of our peoples, their resources, and the geographical position of our Ummah, with all its unique advantages and abundant wealth. At the same time, this assault is accompanied by intense hatred. So it is fueled not merely by objectives alone but also by deep-rooted grudges, hatred, animosity, and malice towards this Ummah. All of this manifests in an alarming and extreme form and with a profound enmity, as clearly illustrated by Allah in the Holy Quran: {'You will surely find the most bitter towards the believers to be the Jews and those who associate others with Allah'}[Al-Ma'idah 5:82] , and {'Their only desire is to see you suffer'}—a reflection of intense, deep-rooted animosity—{'but when they are alone, they bite their fingertips in rage at you'}[Ali 'Imran 3:118-119].
What has further compounded the danger of this extremely aggressive assault on our Islamic Ummah is the Ummah's own internal state, which has been deeply affected by a profound internal flaw that has persisted across generations and centuries. This flaw has led to a decline in the Ummah's awareness and role, dragging it down to its current state—rock bottom! Added to this is the extent of enemy infiltration, which has taken place gradually over many stages and extended periods of time. All of this has plunged the Ummah into a state of severe confusion, despite possessing the very foundations and elements of strength it has long neglected and overlooked. Instead, it has clung to the very causes of weakness, which have only deepened its frailty and vulnerability and further exacerbated its current state of fragmentation, division, and helplessness.
The enemies among the Zionist Jews and their proxies, in the octopus of evil and crime, are well aware of the elements of strength deeply rooted within this Ummah. That's why when they set out to target this Ummah, they took into account that this Ummah is vast, as we have mentioned, and endowed with all essential aspects capable of granting it resilience and dignity to repel any enemy and face all challenges. It is blessed with all essential factors as a truly great and vast nation. It is not a small nation with limited numbers, weak capabilities, or confined geography that they can easily defeat. Nor is it a nation lacking a deeply rooted and authentic identity, culture, or vision. No, they are fully aware of the true reality of this Ummah, while the Ummah itself remains heedless of its immense potential, its vast capabilities, and its vital elements of power. Therefore, when they moved to target this Ummah—vast in number, spread across a wide geographical area, and possessing all the elements of power and capacity we have mentioned—they focused on one essential and strategic objective: containing the Ummah's reaction.
In other words, they worked to ensure that this Ummah—despite all that it possesses in terms of strength and resources—would remain shackled, restricted, and paralysed in the face of what is being done to it. That is, it would be unable to respond, take a stand, or confront them. In fact, they went even further: They sought to turn it into a compliant tool, actively assisting them in executing their own destructive schemes against it. This reveals the depth of their malice. This is because they understand all too well what it means to engage in direct confrontation with an ummah of this scale—an ummah of two billion Muslims, endowed with vast capabilities, immensely important elements of power, and a deep-rooted, powerful identity. It would be enough for this Ummah to possess nothing but this magnificent religion of Islam, which connects it to Allah (the Almighty), granting it His support, victory, and help, with all the profound psychological and practical impact this can provide. This is not to mention what divine guidance can grant the Ummah: awareness, insight, understanding, wisdom, and a sound vision in its positions and actions. So this Ummah possesses unique strengths and capabilities unmatched by any other nation, qualifying it not merely to defend itself against the threat posed by those who seek to subjugate, humiliate, and dominate it, but to assume leadership among the nations of the world. Therefore, as mentioned, they focused singularly on one objective: containing the reaction from within the Ummah itself.
So when we contemplate the current state of Muslims in contrast to the atrocities being committed by their enemies (the Americans, the Israelis)—the most heinous crimes and aggressive acts threatening their security; occupying their homelands; and engaging in outright genocide with brazen audacity, malevolence, and aggressiveness to kill the sons of the Ummah, including children and women, as seen in the ongoing events in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen and past actions in Iraq and Afghanistan and across so many parts of the Islamic world, as well as what they do to the sanctities of this Ummah, including the Al-Aqsa Mosque, their blatant and open conspiracies targeting Mecca and Medina, and their insults against the Quran and the Prophet (PBUH&F)—it becomes evident that the majority of this Ummah responds to all of this with apathy and neglect. There are exceptions to everything we say about the reality of this Ummah; nevertheless, we focus on the prevailing state, which calls for serious and conscious reflection from within this Ummah. Some even collaborate with the enemy at all levels: through military collaboration; participation in the misleading, corrupting, satanic soft war; and material support—in every conceivable form!
This state of affairs within our Ummah is utterly abnormal and goes against human nature. If many nations or peoples were subjected to the same assault faced by the Muslim Ummah, they would never have stood idly by as we have. This is really a source of shame for the Ummah of the Quran, Islam, and the Prophet of Allah Muhammad (PBUH&F), which is entrusted with a rich heritage of divine principles, ethics, and values that are meant to nurture it faith-inspired pride, human dignity, and servitude to Allah alone. Today, many other nations, regardless of their faith, culture, or orientations, would never accept being treated by an enemy in the manner that Muslims are being treated by their enemies, without taking a serious stand against it. In fact, this is an abnormal, shameful, and disgraceful state in every sense of the word, as these crimes persist and spread from one region to another.
When the American forces invaded Iraq, they slaughtered hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and committed the most heinous and horrific atrocities, including even violation of honour and rape. The violations in Abu Ghraib prison and beyond are well known. However, some within Iraq have chosen to forget all that. Moreover, they have adopted extremely offensive stances against the Islamic resistance there, considering it a non-positive, undesirable state and an extra burden and always calling for its termination. The same attitudes prevail across the Arab and Muslim worlds: People tend to forget what the Americans have done, and their regimes and governments behave as though the Americans had not carried out any aggressive acts against this Ummah, neither in Iraq nor elsewhere. In fact, the Americans have committed numerous atrocities in Afghanistan and beyond.
Now, in the reality of Palestine—regarding what is unfolding these days, what has been done throughout this entire period, and all that came before—all types of atrocities continue to be committed as part of an escalation from one phase to the next, yet nothing spurs people to take serious action or prompts them to break free from their passivity, as it portends danger.
What does this signify? It signifies the enemy's remarkable success in one key area—containing the Ummah's reaction. The enemy has benefited from the profound weakness inherited over centuries and across generations, in addition to its own influence at every level:- its control over political decision-making,
- its influence on public opinion through deceit and misleading propaganda, and
- even its impact on the instructional aspect within our Ummah.
Its influence extends over every domain that could help keep this grand Ummah tied down, leaving it paralysed, in one of the most shameful spectacles of helplessness for a nation in history. You can consider, for example, the starvation of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip that is taking place under the watch of an ummah consisting of two-billion Muslims, with fifty-seven state leaders and fifty-seven armies. Despite having all these resources and capabilities, this Ummah fails to deliver a single loaf of bread or some milk to those starving children whose skin is clinging to their bones! This is a disgraceful, shameful, and perilous state for our Ummah!
We are confronting a misleading, corrupting enemy that has worked to shackle this Ummah, stripping it of every incentive to take action and leading it to experience a state of blindness and lack of prudence to the extent of allowing its enemies to dictate its positions. Actually, the Americans set the limits for Arab regimes, ensuring that their actions do not go beyond written statements that are not even worth the ink used, as they are issued without any practical measures to back them up.
A significant factor contributing to all of this is the ongoing heedlessness of the oblivious within this Ummah; despite the unfolding events, tragedies, and calamities, they remain heedless. There are also those who side with the enemy and align themselves with it, whether they are regimes and governments or some factions among the peoples—some elites, factions, and political entities have pledged allegiance to the enemy and carry out its agenda.
Had our Islamic Ummah been in a normal, healthy state and in harmony with its intrinsic nature, the Zionist-Jewish offensive and atrocities by Israel, along with America, in the Gaza Strip and across Palestine would have been enough to prompt this Ummah to automatically take action without the need for extensive mobilisation or significant effort, as what is happening there is a clear aggression, an evident danger, and a dire targeting. Yet only a few respond; many remain passive even when reminded of the Holy Quran, the word of Allah, and even when warned of the dreadful destiny of Jahannam that awaits those who shirk this great, sacred responsibility of confronting these enemies and their criminality, wickedness, tyranny, and corruption. Nevertheless, this reminder avails them nothing: They have descended into a truly terrible state!
This situation is truly unfortunate when compared to what this Ummah ought to be in terms of its sacred responsibility and even in terms of human nature, just like any other nation that would normally fight back. The Holy Quran addressed the hypocrites in the Prophet's time, {'Fight in the cause of Allah or [at least] defend yourselves'}[Ali 'Imran 3:167]. It demands them here to defend themselves in the face of such a threat that targets them as an ummah. In other words, if you do not want to act within the framework of a sacred, honourable, and great responsibility that could build you and earn you Allah's care and support, then at least you should move to fend off an enemy that poses danger to you, as it violates your honour, enslaves you, occupies your lands, plunders your wealth, and turns your lives—as it says—into Hell. Therefore, you must act, even at this most basic level of what is required.
Therefore, the Ummah's current state must be confronted. Why is this huge Ummah so restricted, so shackled, standing helplessly in shameful paralysis, shirking its own responsibility? Instead of acting, it calls on others, appealing to the UN Security Council. What can it do for you as a Muslim? What is that it might do for you? Nothing! This Ummah keeps calling on nations here and there for assistance, but all in vain!
Hence, it is crucial for us, by all considerations, to take a firm position and act practically within the framework of a sound position. If no action is taken in the face of the American-Israeli aggression continuously targeting our Ummah under the destructive Zionist project—a project aimed at establishing 'Greater Israel', tearing apart and destroying our Ummah, erasing its Islamic identity of faith through distortion, and enslaving its peoples—then this will entrench psychological defeat. And that is precisely what some are doing: In response to every new aggressive move by the enemy, they instil psychological defeat, sow despair, discourage others from taking a stand, and oppose any earnest orientation within the Ummah.
The situation is extremely grave—one of humiliation, disgrace, and subjugation. It is a state of violation, oppression, and enslavement, and this is the ultimate goal of the Zionist plan:
- They have not succeeded in stopping our operations.
This is the goal of the American falsified version of Islam. It is truly a terrible state: one of violation, oppression, and enslavement. In fact, there is no justification for accepting such a state, since it is a loss in this world and a loss in the Hereafter. It may cause this Ummah to lose its future on the Day of Resurrection, when it stands before Allah (the Almighty), having turned away from His Book, failed to follow its guidance, neglected to walk in its light, and instead accepted enslavement to others besides Him. It is a very dangerous state for the Ummah!
The current situation we see today is not the final stage planned by the enemies. As we previously mentioned, their ultimate goal is clear: The Zionist project is clear in the goals it seeks to achieve. The events unfolding in this regard are part of a steady, escalating path designed to reach the final phase of this destructive plan. It is catastrophic and destructive. However, some refuse to adopt a comprehensive, objective, and accurate perspective of what's truly happening. They insist on dealing with the events as isolated incidents that have suddenly occurred, hoping that it is all about time before these incidents soon pass. The issue is not as simple as that. The enemy is operating within a project and a lengthy and comprehensive strategy that unfolds in stages.
The final scenario, as outlined in the Zionist plan, is one where the Israeli enemy has taken control of Mecca and Medina, along with a vast portion of this Ummah's lands—starting with the Arab countries. Additionally, this scenario includes fragmenting and destroying this Ummah and erasing its Islamic identity until nothing remains of Islam but its name and nothing of the Quran but its text! Look at the Zionist project to understand the final image—the path is clear, and the differences are also evident.
When we reflect on the reality of the Ummah twenty years ago in regard to the engagement of many peoples with the Palestinian issue, we notice a significant difference today: Some peoples show a considerable lack of engagement, sympathy, and solidarity towards this issue. As a result, even some regimes have dared to take negative stances or have set a position that is practically non-existent, just issuing statements with complete indifference.
Therefore, we are in a confrontation with a dangerous enemy who targets the Ummah in every possible way, even employing the most perilous forms of targeting. It is a misleading enemy, a true enemy that carries intense enmity towards this Ummah. Moreover, it is a deceptive, criminal, and corrupt enemy who uses all available means. This enemy seeks not only geographical control—in fact, what secures that control is to have control over this Ummah in everything, including ideas, cultures, orientations, loyalties, and enmities, to have control over the psychological level, which is extremely dangerous. The Israeli enemy operates this way because, as we said, it is an enemy that seeks to mislead and corrupt people. It operates on two fronts in parallel:
Allah has warned this Ummah against aligning itself with those enemies. Despite all their actions and conspiracies against this Ummah, they seek to turn it into a nation loyal to them. The situation is clear; there are those now who openly align themselves with America. Most regimes within our Ummah openly and blatantly align themselves with America, without hesitation, in a clear and obvious manner. Also, many factions within the peoples of our Ummah support and stand with America, and their ties to America are evident, as seen in their activities against this Ummah and the free people within it—this matter is clear. So when Allah (Glory be to Him) says, {'Whoever takes them as Auliya becomes one of them'}[Al-Ma'idah 5:51], He strictly forbids allegiance to them because such allegiance plays directly into their oppressive, criminal, corrupt, and destructive plans aimed at undermining this Ummah internally and influencing its internal reality.
It also involves subjugation, turning this Ummah into one that obeys them. Major entities within the Ummah—such as regimes, governments, armies, and various factions—act in obedience to the Americans and Israelis, using their resources and power to serve their will. This is precisely what Allah had previously warned against in the Holy Quran: {'If you were to yield to a group of those who were given the Scripture, they would turn you back from belief to disbelief'}[Ali 'Imran 3:100]. This is because such a course of action falls within a framework of misguidance, corruption, tyranny, criminality, and injustice. It stands in direct opposition to all values of truth, divine principles, noble morals, justice, and mercy. It is clearly a path of oppression, corruption, crime, and deception—this reality could not be clearer.
Consider, for example, the strategy the enemies follow in this regard, as this represents a major problem within the internal state of the Ummah. If the Israeli and the American enemies had chosen the military path towards this Ummah—which, as we've said, is a vast nation, great in number and spread across a wide geographical area—and if their approach had been to launch a military confrontation with this Ummah in every country and in every town, just imagine how costly that would have been for them! We now see how the Israeli enemy is facing a severe dilemma in the battle of Gaza and remains unable to achieve a decisive victory or establish full control over the Gaza Strip, even after all this time, despite everything it has done, along with the Americans. Therefore, the easiest way to dismantle and destroy this Ummah and prepare it for full control, for example at the military level, is for the American and Israeli enemies and the Jews—who drive this hostile project, with the rest serving as their proxies and tools—to operate on various fronts.
One of these fronts involves working on the psychological warfare to strip this Ummah of its will to resist and take action. In other words, they aim to turn hundreds of millions of this Ummah's sons into individuals unwilling even to lift a rifle or take up arms to confront their enemy—people who would lay down their arms and refuse to take action against their enemy! This is a highly dangerous tactic, as it destroys their morale and erodes the inner drive that compels them to stand up, resist, and confront the enemy's aggression, tyranny, and crimes. It paralyses hundreds of millions across the Ummah. As a result, you see among its people—its youth, its men—those who are physically strong, well-built, and in the prime of their strength, yet they lack even a trace of morale, resolve, or drive to stand against the enemies and their assaults. This represents a major weakening of the Ummah. It is one of the methods used to shackle a great and vast nation, so that they can later move in and take control over it with minimal effort and cost.
This also includes mobilising some armies, groups, and factions within this Ummah to fight for them. They want for these factions to follow the path set for them, fighting those the enemies want them to fight and treating as enemies anyone the enemies designate for them. These factions may also move in another direction, implementing destructive schemes aimed at tearing the Ummah apart from within by fuelling bloodshed and conflict under sectarian, regional, or other divisive banners. All of this serves the same purpose.
Ultimately, their actions serve only the Americans and Israelis. This spares them the burden of a full-scale military confrontation, which would otherwise require them to engage in battles across countries, from one nation to another, and from one town to another within each country. This strategy spares them considerable effort.
In this way, they rely on spreading misguidance and corruption until they strip the Ummah of the correct vision and orientation and the very motivations that could drive it to stand against them. They use misguidance to turn this Ummah into a nation lacking awareness, insight, proper understanding, and projects geared towards meaningful action to rescue it from its current state. Alongside this, they work to spread corruption and the erosion of values, aiming to turn it into a nation devoid of the will to take a stand—regardless of the scale of their aggression—and disconnected from any serious form of action.
That is why the Quranic project is both great and successful: through its slogan, its boycott of American and Israeli goods, and its Quranic culture, which addresses all these imbalances. We will explain this briefly, but with some detail.
Firstly, the Quranic Project follows a major and influential path, as it serves as a means to mobilise the Ummah, which is in urgent need of that—having become cold, stagnant, and shackled, as we've mentioned. This is because it stirs anger against the enemies and motivates people to take action on a large scale. It also reinforces a sense of responsibility and heightens awareness of the current reality and the enemy's nature.
It is a highly effective project in building the Ummah and developing its capabilities. The existing model today, which stands firm in the face of the immense capabilities and resources held by the Americans, serves as clear and compelling evidence of this effectiveness. This project is also effective in fostering conscious resistance across various fields. This is because it cultivates a state of awareness among those who act upon it, enabling them to move with insight. For instance, in the media field, they operate with heightened awareness: They recognise the enemies, understand their schemes, and cannot be deceived or manipulated. They are shielded from enemy influence and play a vital role in exposing their falsehood, misguidance, deception, and distortion. They also move on all fronts with such awareness and sound understanding.
This project is also effective in ensuring steadfastness in the face of challenges. One of the most important aspects of the Quranic Project is that it is built on a solid, firm, and unshakable foundation. It is not a weak or fragile project that might collapse in the face of any challenge or danger. The immense challenges and grave threats faced by the Quranic march since 2001—from the inception of this project until today—especially given the complete lack of material resources in its early stages, attest to the fact that this is a great and resilient project. This is not a project that can simply fade away when facing certain challenges, complex circumstances, or powerful enemies with vast capabilities. From the outset, this project has been met with relentless force, harshness, and tyranny. It has faced imprisonment, detention, and every form of pressure imaginable. Those who joined it from the beginning faced all kinds of pressure and hostility: blame, media attacks, killings, war, imprisonment, and a wide range of targeted attacks across multiple fronts.
The Americans activated their tools in the country to use all within their power against this project—yet ultimately, they failed. Regionally as well, efforts were coordinated with them under American guidance and direction. Despite everything that has happened—which includes countless details, such as wars, events, media attacks, and all kinds of conspiracies and plots against this project—those efforts collapsed, crumbled, and failed. Many of those who stood against this great project have fallen and failed.
In addition to ensuring steadfastness in the face of challenges, this project is also effective in rejecting allegiance and obedience to them and making one immune to their deception. This Quranic Project has proven to be remarkably effective in immunising those who act upon its principles from allegiance to America and Israel, as well as from being misled by them or by those aligned with them. The reality affirms this: Those who move forward within the framework of this project are significantly more immune than others in this regard.
One of the greatest gains of this project is how it fosters trust in Allah, the Almighty. This is the foremost and most significant gain. It restores within oneself trust in Allah, confidence in His promises, faith in His admonitions, and certainty in His guidance, instructions, and teachings as the very essence of wisdom, light, truth, righteousness, strength, success, and happiness in this world and in the Hereafter.
Its results are tangible and can be seen clearly in the positions it takes, in breaking free from the influence of the enemies, and in building a new model that defies the prevailing state that has stricken the Ummah, a condition where the Ummah is like foam on a flood, numerous but weightless, which is what the enemy wants for this Ummah. So it gave rise to a nation that stands tall and acts upon the core belief of fearing no one except Allah, refusing all forms of subjugation to anyone but Him, and adhering faithfully to the Quran and its divine guidance.
This project enjoys unwavering credibility, which has remained constant despite changing circumstances. Its position has always remained unwavering. This slogan embodied a Quranic culture, position, orientation, and practical path that have never changed—neither during times of empowerment nor during periods of hardship, neither in the face of threats nor in the presence of temptations. The position has never changed. Many, even those operating under the banner of Islamic movements, shift their positions under certain conditions or at various stages. In fact, it is all because of the Holy Quran, which is the secret behind this steadfastness, this resolve, and this certainty.
Events reveal the validity of this project and how it stands as a testament to the success granted by Allah, the Almighty. It has become clear that it is not a futile project that the Ummah does not need. Rather, reality confirms the urgent necessity of it. Over the years, America has consistently demonstrated how much of an enemy, a danger, and a source of harm it is to this Ummah—just as Israel has as well.
Our dear Yemeni people—the Yemen of faith and wisdom—move in accordance with Allah's guidance (Glory be to Him) and based on their affiliation to faith. They have broadly rallied around this project, standing firm in this great position adopted in support of the oppressed Palestinian people at a time of widespread inaction among most countries of the Ummah. Indeed, much of the Ummah has chosen to remain silent, but our people remain steadfast in this position with effectiveness and influence, embodying a comprehensive position.
At the military level, operations are ongoing against the Israeli enemy, reaching deep into occupied Palestine. The American enemy has failed to stop these operations or weaken our capabilities. This week, missile and drone strikes have been carried out against targets in occupied Yaffa, Asqalan, and the 'Nevatim Air Base' in the occupied Negeb.
At Sea, naval operations continue, with a complete in the Red Sea, the Bab Al-Mandab strait, Gulf of Aden, and Arabian Sea—the operational theater of our armed forces. All ships linked to the Israeli enemy are denied passage. The Israelis have lost hope of resuming navigation in the Red Sea through this route, which they used to heavily rely on—40% of their maritime traffic used to rely on this route. Now, it has been entirely blocked to them. As a result, the port of Umm Al-Rashrash remains paralysed. The Israeli enemy is now suffering from price surges, a hardship they fully deserve.
Regarding our efforts to confront the American aggression supporting the Israeli enemy, engagements with hostile naval vessels, particularly aircraft carriers, which are relying on evasive manoeuvres and retreat tactics to avoid being struck. This is the situation at sea with the USS Truman and the other aircraft carrier situated in the far Arabian Sea; each is trying to master and rely on evasive tactics to dodge attacks.
In that same context—during one of these evasive manoeuvres earlier this week—the American enemy has lost one of the most relied-upon aircraft in its arsenal, an F-18 valued at sixty-seven million dollars. However, the issue is not just its financial cost; far more significant is the symbolic loss. Despite the military capabilities the Americans possess, they appeared so confused, attempting to flee the scene and making a significant turn to avoid fire! The Americans report that during this manoeuvre, the jet fell overboard. So failure is the defining characteristic of what happened, as it has been confirmed that the aircraft either fell or was shot down during operations by our armed forces. American officials claim that it fell overboard while the Truman aircraft carrier was making a sharp and difficult turn in the northern Red Sea to avoid fire, subsequently fleeing towards the far northern Red Sea and heading for the Suez Canal.
It has become clear that the Truman aircraft carrier will eventually leave, burdened with its failure: its failure to fulfil its missions and achieve the aggressive objectives the Americans aimed for in deploying it.
On the aerial front, there is American acknowledgement of loss and failure, resulting from the success of our armed forces and air defence in shooting down MQ-9 drones, which the Americans heavily rely on. Seven drones were downed during the month of Shawwal, bringing the total to twenty-two drones since the start of the support operations for Gaza.
There are many interception operations taking place against American aircraft during their aggression against our country, and a significant number of these operations are being thwarted. This means that the Americans have failed to carry out a considerable number of their aggressive operations against us. In fact, they sometimes resort to conducting their attacks from long distances before penetrating Yemeni airspace, which happens quite often. This indicates a continuous advancement in this regard.
The Americans are failing to achieve their objectives in this aggression:
Britain has announced its participation in the aggression; they are a subservient follower of America, a weak, feeble old limb of the Zionist evil octopus. They are entangling themselves and will have to face the consequences, just like what happened last time when they received severe blows.
The crimes committed by the American enemy are not a military achievement; rather, they reflect malevolence and failure. Their crime on the 19th of Shawwal, targeting civilians at the Ras Issa port, which is one of the most heinous acts—it is a major crime that targeted truck drivers transporting fuel for merchants to various Yemeni governorates. They also targeted ambulance and rescue teams. This horrific crime resulted in the martyrdom of 93 individuals and left 175 others injured among the Yemeni people. It is a crime against the Yemeni people—one that is atrocious and aggressive. These lives will not be lost in vain. The Americans will face dire consequences for these crimes, Allah willing.
Their attacks on residential areas, homes, and the killing and injuring of children and women are not military achievements. They do not weaken our capabilities, target our leaders, or affect our steadfast position or the ironclad, faith-driven determination of our dear people to resist their aggression and continue their support for the oppressed Palestinian people.
Their crime targeting African migrants in a temporary shelter in Sa`dah, where around 65 were martyred and 51 injured, is also a heinous and shameless act with no military significance or impact—just pure criminality, savagery, and tyranny that should be condemned by the entire world. What benefit do they gain from killing African migrants in a temporary shelter? This is a complete failure and a manifestation of malevolence, criminality, and tyranny. Regardless of the crimes, their targeting of civilian sites is not an achievement; it does not destroy military capabilities but rather highlights their malevolence, criminality, and aggression, showing that they are enemies of the entire Yemeni people, not just a segment of it.
Despite these crimes, our people continue their activities and remain steadfast in their position, which is evident, thanks to Allah. They continue their public gatherings of all kinds, especially the joyful and significant tribal gatherings that express the faith-driven pride of our dear people. The Yemeni tribes have been holding public gatherings for weeks across various governorates, coming out with their weapons, determination, and steadfastness to express their sincere and loyal stance. The Yemeni tribes are the backbone of Yemeni society, with a glorious history of confronting invaders, greedy powers, oppressors, and tyrants. Their honourable and heroic history speaks for itself. They move as a fully-formed army in every sense of the word: They enjoy will, determination, nobility, honour, and a faith-driven orientation, and they have the weapons, capabilities, and means necessary for upholding their position. In fact, their widespread presence across various governorates reflects the resilience and steadfastness of this people.
The great popular turnout in the massive demonstrations has been remarkable. Last Friday alone, there were a total of 701 demonstrations across various governorates, and when including public gatherings, the total reached 1,028 events held in various governorates. This outpouring, as we have often said, is unparalleled anywhere in the world. It reflects determination, awareness, faith, a sense of responsibility, a vibrant human conscience, as well as faith-driven pride and human dignity.
Therefore, in the current situation, I want to address our dear people, our entire Ummah, and all the free individuals around the world who have high hopes for our people and their stances: We are currently in a great blessing and enjoy honour, dignity, and strength, thanks to Allah. We are in a strong position, thanks to Allah, the Almighty. The American aggression has had no impact on the strength of our position, our will, our steadfastness, or on our capabilities and conviction in our stance. We feel the care of Allah, His assistance, and His victory. Our responsibility is to remain steadfast, to continue, and to work on accumulating significant achievements.
I call upon our dear people, Allah willing, to take to the streets in the millions tomorrow in the capital, Sana'a, and in the other governorates, according to the approved arrangements.
Once again, I stress the importance of participating in these demonstrations. The Americans seek to gauge the impact of their crimes on our morale, determination, and steadfastness. Therefore, a massive, widespread turnout undermines the enemy's morale—it discourages the Americans, Israelis, and all their mouthpieces and loyal collaborators. Participation itself is part of jihad, a crucial and significant aspect of our position, reflecting our unwavering faith, our trust in Allah (the Almighty), and our practical persistence in holding firm to this position.
Allah willing and with His grace, tomorrow's demonstrations will hopefully be honourable, delivering a powerful blow to the Americans and clearly demonstrating our people's steadfastness. This can assure our oppressed brothers in Palestine that they are not alone; though others may have abandoned them, merely watching their suffering, tragedy, oppression, hunger, and the ongoing killings and genocidal acts against them, we will not stand by idly or ignore their plight as others do.
With Allah's grace, we have taken this position, and we remain steadfast in it. We will never retreat from it, for it is rooted in our faith, our humanity, our trust in Allah, our response to His call, and our reliance on Him. If we failed to act, it would lead to our downfall and loss, both in this world and the Hereafter.
We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him, have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, and set free our captives. O Allah! Grant us victory. You are the Hearer of Prayer!
We also ask Him (the Almighty) to hasten victory and relief for the oppressed Palestinian people and for their dear mujahidin.
