Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris inspected on Wednesday the activities of summer courses in several schools in Mukayras district.
Governor Idris, accompanied by the district’s education official, Saeed Al-Kouri, reviewed the level of student enrollment in the summer courses, as well as the cultural, religious, and sports programs being implemented in the schools of Toufan Al-Aqsa, Al-Nabhani, Imam Al-Hussein, and Farhan Secondary in the city of Areeb.
During the inspection, the governor emphasized the importance of the summer course activities and programs, which provide participants with beneficial knowledge and guidance. He noted that these programs strengthen resilience and steadfastness in confronting aggression and thwarting its schemes aimed at corrupting the youth.
He also highlighted the valuable activities offered by the summer courses for the younger generation, families, and society, reinforcing their connection to the Holy Qur'an, broadening students’ awareness, and nurturing their talents.
The governor considered the summer sessions a suitable opportunity to strengthen the academic level, protect the generations from the soft war waged by global Zionism against the Islamic nation, and immunize them from bad negative concepts.
