The Iraqi Ministry of Transport announced that more than 773,000 passengers traveled on Iraqi Airways planes during the first quarter of the current year 2025.

The ministry confirmed that Iraqi Airways succeeded in recording this figure as a result of the implementation of tight operational and development plans, aimed at improving the quality of services and expanding the flight network, to meet the growing demand for air travel inside and outside Iraq.

This growth was achieved by modernizing the air fleet, intensifying flights to various destinations, as well as improving travel procedures , ground and air services.
