Ramallah - Saba:
A Palestinian youth from the town of Silwad was injured on Friday, April 18, 2025, after being assaulted by settlers near the entrance to the town of Deir Jarir, northeast of Ramallah. He was taken to a hospital in Ramallah for treatment.
Similar attacks by settlers also occurred in the towns of Sa'ir, Adh Dhahiriya, and Yatta, south of Hebron. Settlers attacked residents and their property and attempted to seize land for settlement projects.
In Khirbet al-Rakeez in Masafer Yatta, settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation army, installed water pipes on land belonging to Sa'id al-Amour, who was shot in the foot yesterday. He is currently receiving treatment and is under arrest. His son, Elias (15 years old), was also arrested.
In Adh Dhahiriya, a settler raised the Israeli flag over a tent he had erected on citizens' land in the Anab area, in preparation for the establishment of a new settlement outpost.
These attacks come as part of a systematic escalation by the occupation and its settlers in the West Bank, especially in Area C, with the aim of settlement expansion under full protection from the occupation army.
