President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, said on Friday that the Iranian Army is the impregnable fortress of the state and the people, a support for the dignity of society, an ornament of the state, and a pillar of the people and government.
In a speech delivered at the Army Day ceremony, which falls on April 18, President Pezeshkian added that social security and stability are possible with the presence of a strong and prepared army. If this blessed force were not present in society, security would be lost.
He added that Iran, with the support of the army and military, police, and security forces, presents itself as a solid power in its region. He emphasized that the army continues its path and movement as a unique and organized organizational and administrative model in the country.
Pzeshkian said, "At the beginning of the Islamic Revolution, the enemies tried to undermine the army, but this did not happen, thanks to the presence of the leader of the revolution, and the army remained strong."
