The Capital Municipality warned of the dangers of burning tires in neighborhoods and streets with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
The Executive Director of the Cleanliness and Improvement Fund in the Secretariat, Muhammad Sharaf al-Din, stated in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that burning tires is a negative phenomenon; It causes environmental pollution and harms the health of society.
He called on citizens to cooperate with the relevant authorities to prevent this phenomenon, and to spread community awareness of the dangers of burning tires, and the necessity of preserving the environment and cleanliness of the capital.
