Nablus - Saba:

On Saturday, several Palestinian citizens were injured by suffocation due to poison gas during the incursion of Israeli forces into the town of Qusra, south of Nablus.

According to the anti-settlement activist, Afada Hassan, the Israeli occupation forces stormed Qusra amid heavy firing of bullets and poison gas canisters, and clashes erupted in the area, and several citizens were suffocated.

In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Beita, south of Nablus, and the village of Tal to the west.

On Saturday, the Israeli occupation forces tightened their military measures on several areas in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, by erecting military checkpoints and closing gates.

According to security sources, the occupation forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Rawabi, northwest of Ramallah, and tightened their procedures at the Ein Sinia military checkpoint in the north, which is witnessing a suffocating crisis, and a thorough search of those leaving and entering the city.

The sources confirmed that the occupation forces erected a checkpoint at the entrance to the town of Aboud, northwest of Ramallah, which is witnessing a suffocating crisis, while the occupation forces closed the gate of the village of Nabi Saleh, northwest of Ramallah, and citizens were forced to travel long distances to reach alternative roads.

The Israeli occupation soldiers also set up a checkpoint at the entrance to Birzeit known as the "Atara checkpoint", which obstructed the movement of citizens, searched vehicles, and checked the cards of their passengers.
