Last night, the Zionist enemy forces besieged two houses in the city of Tulkarm, amid heavy gunfire and intensive low-altitude reconnaissance flights.

The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" reported that an occupation army force besieged a house in the Engineers Housing between the suburbs of Shuwaika and Iktaba east of the city, and demanded via loudspeakers from those inside the house to surrender, while a special force from the occupation army supported by military vehicles besieged another house in the southern neighborhood of the city.

It added that the occupation forces fired bullets and sound bombs intensively towards the two houses, amid the outbreak of clashes in the area, without any injuries being reported.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces arrested the two young men, Ammar and Ahmed Al-Awfi, from the house they surrounded east of the city.

At the same time, the occupation forces deployed large infantry patrols in various neighborhoods of Tulkarm city, specifically the western neighborhood and Jamal Abdel Nasser Square in the center of the city, while continuing to seize commercial buildings and turn them into military barracks and sniper locations.

The occupation forces continue to besiege the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital and the Israa Specialized Hospital, seizing the tall commercial buildings surrounding them, obstructing the work of ambulances and medical crews and subjecting them to search and field investigation.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces are blowing up a number of houses inside the neighborhoods of the besieged Tulkarm camp for the fifth consecutive day, after forcing their residents to evacuate them at gunpoint, and from time to time the sounds of explosions are heard in the camp as a result of the bombings, and the burning of tarpaulins in its neighborhoods.
