Arwa Girls' Secondary School in Hajjah province on Wednesday organized a cultural event today to mark the anniversary of martyr leader Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
The event, attended by Judge Abdul Majeed Sharaf al-Din, head of the Grievances Lifting Authority in the governorate, Essam al-Wazzan, director of the governorate center, and Mohsen Jahalan, deputy head of the educational sector, focused on the martyr leader's Quranic project and its transformative impact on the nation.
Jahalan emphasized that the martyr leader was a man of his time, deeply connected to the Holy Quran, and dedicated to guiding the nation to speak truthfully in the face of arrogance and oppression. He noted that the martyr leader’s commitment to the Palestinian cause was central to his mission from the beginning of his jihadist career.
Speeches delivered by members of the Yemeni Scholars Association, Ismail Al-Sharafi and Yahya Al-Areeji, along with the schoolgirls’ reflections, highlighted the martyr leader’s jihadist journey and the Quranic project he pioneered to elevate the nation’s standing and guide it toward dignity and independence.
