Speech events and cultural evenings were held in Jehana district of Sana'a province to commemorate the anniversary of the martyr leader Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
The speeches delivered during these events, which took place in the Wadi Marhab and Nahd districts, highlighted the virtues of the martyr leader, his jihadist endeavors, his sacrifices, and his commitment to his Quranic project in the face of the earth’s tyrants.
The speakers addressed the martyr leader’s pivotal role in correcting the nation's path, strengthening the faith of its people, and educating them about the looming dangers and conspiracies orchestrated by the forces of global arrogance. Through his Quranic project, he guided the nation, striving to restore its dignity and pride.
The speeches emphasized that the martyr leader took on a significant responsibility in a time of irresponsibility. He followed the commands of God, making immense sacrifices to introduce his Quranic renaissance project, which aimed to elevate the word of God and save the nation from the dark reality it faced due to its departure from God’s religion and the Muhammadan approach.
The event highlighted that the martyr leader’s Quranic project revived the nation’s pride, dignity, and resilience. It reinforced the nation’s commitment to the Book of God, guiding them with its teachings, fostering a love for jihad and martyrdom, and preparing them to face their duties before God and confront His enemies.
The events also featured poetry recitations that celebrated the occasion.
Additionally, a speech event was held at the School of Islamic Sciences in Jehana Directorate to mark the annual anniversary of the martyr leader Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, may God be pleased with him.
During the event, cultural activist Ahsan al-Abbadi emphasized that the anniversary of the martyr leader is a sorrowful occasion for the nation. The loss of this great figure, who sacrificed his pure soul for the sake of religion, the support of Islam, and the protection of Muslims, was deeply felt. His fight was marked by sincere opposition to the dominance of polytheism, disbelief, and hypocrisy.
The students of the school presented a variety of performances and speeches expressing the greatness of the martyr leader, may God be pleased with him, and his enlightening Quranic project, which he initiated to confront the American, British, and Zionist colonial projects and the various dangers and threats facing the nation.
