The Merger Committee at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works reviewed in its meeting today, chaired by Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim, its work program for the first phase, which is to collect the data necessary for the merger and modernization of the ministry's organizational structure.
In the meeting, which included the Chairman and members of the Committee, Minister Qahim stressed the importance of the first phase in collecting comprehensive information and data, as the basis for developing and modernizing the work of the Ministry.
He stressed that this process will contribute significantly to improving the organizational performance of the ministry, which will reflect positively on the definition of tasks for each sector of the ministry in the technical, administrative, and financial aspects.
The Minister of Transport and Works directed the concerned ministry to facilitate the work of the integration committee by providing its requirements of information and data that contribute to the success of the merger process and accelerate it to launch an organized strategic vision towards construction and development in the various fields of transport.
In the meeting, which was attended by the leaders of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, the Chairman of the Merger Committee, Mohammed Oqabat, indicated that the committee is working according to a precise and systematic plan to ensure the success of the merger process in line with the ministry's needs and future goals.
