The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdul-Mo’min Shuja’ Al-Din, issued Decision No. (57) today, which transfers several judges to serve in various courts as follows:

1. Wathiq Abdul Qader Mahyoub Amer Al-Amer - Appointed as a reserve member of the Al-Bayda Governorate Court of Appeal.
2. Ali Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Mura’ea - Appointed as the Head of the Al-Mina Primary Court in Al-Hudaydah Governorate.
3. Ammar Mohammed Ali Abdul-Malik - Appointed as the Head of the Traffic Primary Court in Dhamar Governorate and Judge of the East Dhamar Primary Court.
4. Zayed Abdulwali Ali Ahmed Al-Tam - Appointed as the Head of Jabal Al-Sharq Primary Court in Dhamar Governorate.
5. Fouad Ahmed Thabet Abdullah Al-Nahmi - Appointed as the Head of Washha and Mustaba Primary Courts in Hajjah Governorate.
6. Abdulrahman Ali Mohammed Hassan Al-Nawm - Appointed as the Head of Al-Sood Primary Court in Amran Governorate.
7. Nader Jamil Nasser Ala’o - Appointed as the Head of Al-Bayda Primary Court in Al-Bayda Governorate.
8. Abdulaziz Saleh Ali Abdullah Al-Arami - Appointed as the Head of Al-Suwadiya Primary Court in Al-Bayda Governorate.
9. Hashem Abdulmalik Mohammed Al-Mansour - Appointed as Judge of the Commercial Primary Court in the Capital Municipality.
10. Osama Mohammed Saleh Al-Darbi - Appointed as Judge of the East Primary Court in the Capital Municipality.
11. Abdulmalik Ahmed Ali Sharafuddin - Appointed as Judge of the North Primary Court in the Capital Municipality.
12. Abu Bakr Ahmed Mohammed Bishr - Appointed as Judge of the West Primary Court in the Capital Municipality.
13. Mohammed Ali Mohammed Al-Shawkani - Appointed as Judge of the Southwest Primary Court in the Capital Municipality.
14. Abdullah Mohammed Hussein Al-Imad - Appointed as Judge of the Administrative Primary Court in the Capital Municipality.
15. Fouad Mohammed Ahmed Al-Atnah - Appointed as Judge of the Bani Matar Primary Court in Sanaa Governorate.
16. Amjad Abdullah Ali Moharam - Appointed as Judge of the Amran Primary Court in Amran Governorate.
17. Abdulbasset Yahya Ahmed Al-Mujahid - Appointed as Judge of the West Dhamar Primary Court in Dhamar Governorate.
18. Mohammed Abdo Hamid Ali Al-Basheeri - Appointed as Judge of the Criminal Primary Court in Dhamar Governorate.

Additionally, Decision No. (58) was issued to assign Judge Adeeb Ahmed Abdulwahab Al-Qadri as a member of the Al-Jawf Governorate Court of Appeal for six months.
