Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday's trading session with its general index rising by 2.39 points, or 0.03 percent, to reach 7261.51 points.
A total of 387.8 million shares were traded through 19,318 cash transactions, worth 69.7 million Kuwaiti dinars (about 212.5 million U.S. dollars).
The main market index fell 45.93 points, or 0.69 percent, to 6605.14 points, through trading 263.6 million shares, through 11557 cash transactions worth 32.5 million dinars (about 99.12 million dollars).
On the other hand, the first market index rose by 15.33 points, or 0.20 percent, to reach 7786.10 points, through trading 124.12 million shares, through 7761 transactions worth 37.17 million dinars (about 113.3 million dollars).
In parallel, the Main 50 index fell 21.85 points, or 0.33 percent, to 6510.53 points, through the trading of 176.5 million shares, through 7372 cash transactions, worth 22.3 million dinars (about 68 million dollars).
