Sana'a - Saba:
A meeting chaired by Mayor of the Capital Sana'a Dr. Hamoud Ubad convened on Monday to discuss the progress of service projects outlined in the local authority’s 1446 AH plan.
The meeting, attended by key officials, including the heads of planning, services, and community initiatives, as well as various department directors, focused on reviewing both ongoing and stalled projects within the capital.
The meeting highlighted challenges and obstacles impacting project implementation, particularly technical and financial difficulties. Participants discussed ways to address these issues and improve coordination between the planning, finance, and projects sectors to ensure timely completion.
Dr. Ubad emphasized the need to capitalize on available resources and efforts to overcome challenges in order to enhance services for the capital’s residents. Priority was placed on the restoration, maintenance, and asphalting of streets, as well as completing unfinished projects from the previous year.
The meeting also set the framework for executing the service and development projects in 1446 AH, aligning with the capital’s priorities for the year.
