The General Telecommunications Corporation (GTC) branch in Hajjah Province distributed on Wednesday 700 school bags to students from poor families in schools in the province's center on the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday occasion .
The Secretary General of the Local Council in the Province, Ismail Al-Muhaim, praised the generous gesture of the Telecommunications Corporation and its branch in the province to pay attention to the students of poor families in Prophet's Birthday commemoration , stressing the need to expand the distribution circle in the future to include the largest number of targets in all districts.
In the presence of the Director of the Province Center Directorate, Engineer Issam Al-Wazzan, the Director of the Foundation's branch in the province, Engineer Sami Al-Khatib, explained that the distribution of bags comes within the framework of caring for poor and needy families, stressing the keenness to implement such initiatives and projects that promote social solidarity and meet the needs of the poor and needy.
The distribution was attended by the deputy director of the Foundation's branch in the province, Engineer Ayman Nassar, and the Foundation's marketing representative, Abdul Bari Zabara.
