UNRWA: 200 schools closed since start of war on Gaza Strip
[Sun, 08 Sep 2024 20:29:10 +0300]

GAZA September 08. 2024 (Saba) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) announced that about 200 schools have been closed in the Gaza Strip since the Zionist enemy army began its war on the Strip.

The organization said in a post on X on Sunday that most of these schools were used as shelters during the war, and that its teams are joining hands to return thousands of children to education through recreational activities, as well as psychosocial support.

The Zionist enemy forces continue to commit the crime of genocide in the Gaza Strip, for the 338th consecutive day, by launching dozens of air raids and artillery shelling, while committing massacres against civilians, amid a catastrophic humanitarian situation as a result of the siege and the displacement of more than 95% of the population.
