BEIRUT September 06. 2024 (Saba) - Sheikh Muhammad Yazbek, head of the Sharia Authority in Hezbollah, declared on Friday that the Lebanese resistance has successfully imposed a deterrence equation on the Zionist enemy.
In his Friday sermon, Sheikh Yazbek asserted that the Islamic resistance continuously demonstrates its capability and resolve in defending against and pursuing the enemy.
He emphasized that Hezbollah remains undeterred by threats or pressures, fulfilling its humanitarian, moral, and Islamic responsibilities.
Yazbek questioned the justification for silence or neutrality in the face of the ongoing massacres against civilians in Gaza, highlighting the need for Lebanese solidarity to preserve the country's independence and sovereignty.
He stressed that the key to deterring aggression lies in the combined strength of the resistance, the army, and the people.
He argued that Lebanon's historical resilience and strength are rooted in this "golden triad" and called for national unity and institutional integrity to safeguard the nation.
Yazbek criticized the international community's response to the Zionist-American conflict and accused it of colluding to undermine the Palestinian cause.
He urged Arabs and Muslims to take a firmer stand against American influence and highlighted the need for genuine action rather than superficial condemnations.
