TULKARM August 27. 2024 (Saba) - Five Palestinian citizens, including two children, were martyred and others were injured last night in an Israeli shell of the Nour Shams camp, east of Tulkarm in the West Bank.
The Palestinian "Wafa" Agency reported, quoting the Palestinian Health Ministry , that five Palestinian martyrs arrived at Tulkarm Governmental Hospital as a result of the Israeli shell of the Nour Shams camp.
Wafa News Agency reported that four loud explosions were heard in Tulkarm city , its suburbs and camps, caused by a Zionist drone launching several missiles at a house in the Al-Manshiya neighborhood in the camp, where a number of Palestinian citizens were inside, which led to the martyrdom of: Muhannad Kamal Qaraawi (19 years old), Jibril Ghassan Jibril from Qalqilya (20 years old), the child Adnan Ayser Jaber (15 years old), Muhammad Ali Mustafa Yusef (49 years old), and the child Muhammad Ahmed Muhammad Alian (16 years old).
The Palestinian National Action factions in Tulkarm Governorate mourned the martyrs of Nour Shams Camp, and announced a general strike today, Tuesday, in the governorate.
With the martyrdom of the five Palestinian citizens in Nour Shams camp, the number of martyrs in the West Bank, including occupied Al-Quds, since October 7, 2023, has risen to 650 martyrs.
