ILLINOIS August 23. 2024 (Saba) - At the conclusion of the party's national conference, US Democratic Party activists called for practical steps to end the war in the Gaza Strip immediately and support Palestinian rights to end the conflict in the region.
Last night, activists representing humanitarian and human rights organizations, civil society associations, labor and student unions continued their demonstrations and sit-ins in front of the conference venue in Chicago, Illinois, for the fifth consecutive day, to demand an end to the war in the Strip and an end to the genocide that has been ongoing for more than ten months.
