In the early hours of Tuesday, Iranian air defense systems responded to a new Zionist aggression targeting the capital, Tehran.
According to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, air defense systems were activated at dawn to intercept hostile Zionist targets over Tehran.
The agency reported that residents in various parts of the capital heard several explosions, which were either the result of air defense interceptions or direct hits by Zionist projectiles.
Fars News Agency also confirmed the activation of air defense systems, noting that explosions were heard in central and northeastern Tehran.
Since June 13, Iran has been under continuous Zionist aggression, which has included the assassination of dozens of innocent civilians, military commanders, and scientists, as well as attacks on civilian, military, and nuclear facilities.
