MADRID August 12. 2024 (Saba) - Barcelona announced on Monday that captain Sergi Roberto will leave the club after 14 seasons with Catalan giants.

"After 373 games, 25 titles and an unforgettable goal, the footballer, who arrived at La Masia at the age of 14, leaves the club," the club said in a statement.

The 32-year-old's contract expired at the end of June.

Sergi Roberto came through the age groups of Barcelona's famous La Masia academy and made his official debut for the first team in 2010.

He scored 19 goals for Barcelona , won the Champions League and seven La Liga titles, among many other titles.
