Government Media in Gaza: Promoting the enemy's narrative is violation of truth

Government Media in Gaza: Promoting the enemy's narrative is violation of truth
[Sun, 11 Aug 2024 22:14:12 +0300]

GAZA August 11. 2024 (Saba) - The Government Media Office in Gaza said that the promotion by some media outlets of the false narrative of the Zionist enemy army through which it tried to justify the massacre of the Tabeen School in Gaza, which claimed the lives of more than 100 displaced civilians, including a large percentage of women, children and the elderly, is a blatant violation of the truth and objectivity.

The government media stressed in a statement the necessity for the media outlets that promoted this narrative to correct their reports and conduct independent investigations.

He stressed that the enemy army spreads false information and fabricated narratives in an attempt to justify the massacres it commits against civilians around the clock, including the recent massacre at the Tabeen School.

The government media stated that the Zionist enemy's allegations about the presence of gunmen in the Tabeen School are baseless, explaining that all those who were in the school were civilians, including children and women.

He added that the Zionist enemy failed to provide any evidence to support these fabricated allegations.

The government media in Gaza pointed out that the massacre of the Tabeen School resulted in the martyrdom of more than 100 people, including a large percentage of women, children and the elderly, noting that three entire families were lost as a result of the violent explosions caused by internationally banned bombs used by the enemy army.

The government media office denied the validity of the occupation's claim that it killed 19 terrorists in the massacre of the Tabeen School, stressing that the names published by the occupation include displaced civilians, including university professors and government employees, and there are no militants among them.

He stressed that the statements of the enemy leaders about the massacre were based on speculations not supported by reliable intelligence information, which reflects the randomness of the bombing and deliberate killing, and that the goal of the enemy army was to achieve the largest number of victims among the displaced and civilians.
