GAZA August 11. 2024 (Saba) - The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced on Sunday, the killing and wounding of members of a force from the Zionist enemy army inside a building in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah city, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Al-Qassam Brigades said, in a military statement via the "Telegram" platform: "The Qassam fighters were able to target a Zionist force that had fortified itself inside a building with a "TBG" shell, and killed and wounded its members in the western camp in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood, west of Rafah city."
The Al-Qassam Brigades indicated that its fighters monitored the landing of a Zionist helicopter to evacuate the dead and wounded following the operation.
In a separate statement, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced targeting a Zionist personnel carrier with a "Yassin 105" shell in the "Zalata" area, east of Rafah city.
