BEIRUT August 09. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy army assassinated, on Friday evening, the leader of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas in Lebanon, Samer Al-Hajj, by targeting his vehicle in the city of Sidon.
According to local sources, a drone belonging to the Zionist enemy army targeted the vehicle of the leader Al-Hajj at the entrance to the city of Sidon, south of Lebanon, which resulted in his death immediately.
Sources in the Palestinian refugee camp of Ain al-Hilweh said that the Zionist raid targeted field officials in the Qassam Brigades Samer al-Hajj and Molham Tawfiq, and al-Hajj was killed while Tawfiq was seriously injured.
The Lebanese news agency confirmed the assassination of the Hamas leader after he was targeted by a drone belonging to the Zionist enemy army in the city of Sidon.
The agency added that the martyr al-Hajj is a Hamas leader in the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp, and pointed out that ambulances, civil defense, and security forces immediately rushed to the place of the attack.
Hamas mourned the martyr al-Hajj, who rose after the Zionist enemy bombed his vehicle in Lebanon.
An angry demonstration took place inside Ain al-Hilweh camp in Lebanon immediately after the announcement of the assassination of the Zionist enemy of the leader al-Hajj, and the demonstrators chanted condemning his assassination.
