The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) praised on Monday the Iranian "Bashayer Al-Fath" operation, which targeted U.S. aggression bases in a "legitimate response to the blatant American aggression that targeted nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the PFLP affirmed that Iran, as a sovereign state, has the right to defend its land, people, resources, and to retaliate by targeting American and Zionist bases wherever they are—a right guaranteed by international law and the UN Charter.
The Front stated that this response marks an advanced step in breaking American-Zionist hegemony and deterrence in the region.
It added that the heavy "Bashayer Al-Fath" missiles, which struck U.S. bases in the Gulf, reflect a qualitative development in the deterrence equation, confirming that Iran possesses the will and capability to respond and will not allow the American-Zionist enemy to dictate the battlefield or the terms of confrontation.
The statement continued, "All American threats and intimidation over the past days failed to deter Tehran from exercising its sovereign right to respond—a stance that should motivate all forces of the nation and freedom-loving people worldwide to strengthen the confrontation front and enhance coordination among resistance factions against this dual American-Zionist aggression."
The PFLP reiterated its "full support for the Islamic Republic of Iran in its just battle against American-Zionist arrogance" and called on "the peoples , their living forces to clearly reject aggression , stand with Iran and the resistance in the battle to defend sovereignty and dignity."
