GAZA August 09. 2024 (Saba) - The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) revealed on Friday that 205 humanitarian workers have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza since October 7.
The UN agency said in a statement that "the ongoing Israeli attacks on Gaza Strip have caused civilian casualties, forced displacement and destruction of infrastructure."
It added that "the number of humanitarian workers killed by Israeli forces in Gaza has risen to 205 since October 7."
It explained that the health system in Gaza can barely provide some services because 90 hospitals and health centers have stopped working.
The agency pointed out that there are ten health centers and 100 mobile medical points affiliated with UNRWA providing their services in Gaza.
For the 308th consecutive day, the Zionist enemy army continues its aggression on Gaza Strip, with American and European support, as its aircraft bomb hospitals surroundings , buildings, towers and huses of Palestinian civilians and destroy them over the heads of their residents, and prevent the entry of water, food, medicine and fuel.
