CAIRO August 7. 2024 (Saba) - A high-ranking Zionist official attacked the Zionist radio station "FM 103" for categorically refusing Egypt to participate in defending the Zionist enemy and repelling any missile attack against it by Iran and the Axis of Resistance.
The Hebrew radio of the Zionist newspaper "Maariv" quoted the official as saying: "Egypt does not agree to participate in the coalition to defend the "Israel" that the United States is trying to form, and this confirms that peace with Egypt is not peace in the known sense, but it was a ceasefire agreement and nothing more.
The Israeli military official, whose identity was not revealed by Israeli radio, said: "I have no expectations from Egypt."
"I want to talk about Egypt, it has become known that Egypt is not ready to participate in the coalition that the United States is trying to organize to protect us from missile attack, although it has previously participated in the alliances that the Americans have forged against Saddam Hussein and others," he said.
Egypt Israel and Iran have warned that they will not be part of the current escalation, following the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, and stressed that they will continue their efforts to limit the current escalation and reduce levels of tension in the region.
The Zionist channel "i2 News" said that Egypt informed Iran that it would close its airspace to measures that would pose a threat to the situation, and made it clear to Iran that this step would not be a hostile step towards Iran because it comes from protecting the interests of Egypt, as Egypt made it clear to Israel through the delegation it sent to Cairo last Saturday, that it will not be part of a military delegation that will participate in repelling the expected attack on Israel.
